Omakase is a Japanese dining experience where guests entrust the chef to create a personalised menu, crafted from the finest seasonal ingredients and tailored to the diner. As a chef’s selection, there is no standard menu; each course is thoughtfully prepared to suit the guest's preferences, offering a harmonious journey of flavours that reflects the artistry and dedication of Japanese cuisine.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
At One Eighty, we take all allergies and dietary requirements seriously. As a yakitori restaurant, our menu is centred around chicken. Due to the nature of our omakase style, the ingredients and dishes are limited and carefully curated by our chefs.
While we take every precaution to handle allergens safely, cross-contamination may occur due to the nature of our kitchen and cooking methods. We cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely allergy-free.
Please ensure that all allergies and dietary requirements for every guest are mentioned at the time of booking. For major changes including severe allergies and gluten-free requests, we require a minimum of 2 days’ notice to source the necessary ingredients.
