At One Eighty, our omakase courses are thoughtfully crafted, guiding you through a selection of our signature yakitori and complementary Japanese dishes. Each menu is designed to showcase the freshest ingredients of the day.

We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements when informed in advance.
We do not offer an à la carte menu. One Eighty's omakase experience is thoughtfully curated by our chefs to provide a complete and harmonious dining journey. A limited selection of additional items may be available in-store.
We take allergies and dietary requirements seriously and ask that you inform us at the time of booking. While we take every precaution to handle allergens safely, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free.
As a yakitori restaurant, our courses are centred around chicken. For major requests, including severe allergies or gluten-free options, we ask for at least 2 days’ notice so we can source the necessary ingredients.

Yes, we offer carefully selected sake and wine pairings that complement our omakase courses.
Our head chef Akihiro Kitade holds a sommelier qualification, which ensures that each pairing is thoughtfully matched to enhance the flavours and balance of every dish, creating a harmonious and memorable dining experience.
You can add the pairing options at the time of booking or at the restaurant.
Children are welcome, provided they are able to remain seated for the duration of the course (varying from 1.5 to 2.5 hours). A Child Omakase Course is available for guests aged 12 and under.
